Nida offers tailor-made personal training sessions for people between 8 and 18 years old.
She has 15 years of experience training children and helping them lose weight, develop good eating habits, and have healthy relationships with food while developing self-esteem and self-confidence.
An increasing number of children are overweight or obese, and without intervention, 80% of them will remain overweight as adults. This can put them at risk of various medical problems, including diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and sleep apnea. Obesity can also adversely affect their self-esteem and ability to perform well in education and build friendships.
During personal training, Nida also coaches and educates you and your child about a healthy, balanced diet and suggests the correct nutritional plan for your child.
All our children’s packages come with a complimentary tailor-made nutritional guide and workout plan.






Youth Personal Training Packages
Core Fitness offers tailored personal training for young people aged 8 to 18. Led by Nida, who has over 15 years of experience working with children and teens, each session supports weight management, improves confidence, and promotes a healthy relationship with food and exercise.
We offer single and 10-session packages, depending on your child’s needs. Every package includes a complimentary nutritional guide and a custom workout plan, ensuring a complete and supportive approach to long-term wellbeing. Alongside physical training, Nida provides clear diet and lifestyle advice to help children develop positive, lasting habits.
*All sessions must be used within the time period agreed with the trainer.
